Olympia Provisions says it is reinventing American Charcuterie by using high-quality ingredients and old-world curing methods to make their salamis and sausages. Elias Cairo, head salumist, moved to Switzerland to learn the traditional methods of curing meat before setting up shop in Portland.
The campaign breaks in January 2023 across Google platforms, Hulu and national cable. Justin Hooper, Undnyable founder, said developing Olympia's first big campaign is "a meaty dream come true for us."The agency has done work for StubHub, Carl’s Jr., Activision, MOD Pizza, Rainier Beer, Sofi and T-Mobile.
