Multi-discipline professional focused on business & competitive intelligence, consumer insights, analytics, strategy, product & brand development in the consumer marketing, media, financial, youth & women’s industries. Competitive Intelligence Research Methodologies have included Brand Development, Media & Advertising Awareness, Customer Satisfaction, Emerging Technologies, Marketplace Dynamics and Competitive Landscape Assessment. Responsible for custom studies, syndicator/vendor supervision, research budgets, forecasting, and management of research staff.

Also: Quantum (an SPSS product), IMS, Choices, Clear Decisions software. Dynamic Logics & InsightExpress advertising performance/measurement study experience. Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook. EXPERT in PowerPoint Marketing Research Presentations & Executive Summaries.
