Ryan Phelan brings over 13 years of online marketing experience to Acxiom as the Vice President, Global Email Strategy. In this role, and throughout his career, Ryan has worked with Fortune 500 and mid-market companies to advice on strategies and tactics that improve digital performance for email, mobile and social media. Though the use of data, customer insight which create a broad view of customer intent, companies have continually seen greater response and mROI. Ryan has brought new and exciting ideas to companies through his work for Responsys, Sears, Kmart, infoUSA and now Acxiom.
Ryan is a nationally known speaker at conferences and industry events on subjects relating to digital media. He was recently named one of the top 30 digital strategists in the United States by the Online Marketing Institute and is currently the Co-Chair for the Email Evolution Conference through the DMA.
