Reid Hoffman is Executive Chairman and a co-founder of LinkedIn. Prior to LinkedIn, Reid was Executive Vice President of PayPal where he was in charge of all business relationships: business development, corporate development, international, government relations, and banking/payments infrastructure. During his tenure at PayPal, Reid was instrumental to the acquisition by eBay and was responsible for partnerships with Intuit, Visa, MasterCard and Wells Fargo. Reid also has held management roles in significant technology companies, including Fujitsu Software Corporation and Apple. In addition to LinkedIn, Reid serves on the Board of Directors for SixApart, Kiva.org, and Mozilla Corporation. Judy McGrath is the Chairman and CEO of MTV Networks, a position she has held since July 2004. In this role, she oversees the management and operation of the company’s multiplatform portfolio, which includes MTV, MTV2, mtvU, VH1, VH1 Classic, CMT, Logo, Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, TeenNick, Nick Jr., Nicktoons, COMEDY CENTRAL, TV Land, Spike TV, AddictingGames.com, Atom.com, Shockwave.com and GameTrailers.com.

Rob was named the first Worldwide CEO of GroupM INTERACTION in 2007.
In that role, he oversees the activities of the world’s largest buyer of online media with billings of $3 billion. GroupM Interaction also is the largest agency customer of Google, Yahoo and MSN.
GroupM Interaction employs 1500 people across the world and operates four agency brands being Beyond Interactive, MEC Interaction, Mindshare Interaction and Outrider. Rob is considered a digital marketing pioneer and is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events. He was named a Media Maven by Advertising Age in 2007 and sits on the board of WPP Digital, the venture arm of WPP. He also is a member of the board of Wild Tangent, the online gaming network, and of digital design agency Schematic. Across his career Rob has worked with a number of clients in the luxury and fragrance, color and beauty sectors including LVMH, Richemont and Calvin Klein.
Rob has worked for more than two decades in the media agency business in a variety of increasingly senior roles, mostly at GroupM agency Mediaedge:cia. He joined Mediaedge:cia in 1986 prior to the merger that formed the company as it exists today. At that time, the agency was known as CIA, and Rob joined in London after starting his career at Colman RSCG a year earlier as a media assistant.
Rob rose quickly through the ranks at CIA, first becoming a Group Head and then founding the company’s first joint venture media operation, which became the model for three subsequent ventures. In 2002, following the merger of CIA with Mediaedge, Rob was appointed Worldwide Director of New Business Development, while also heading up Outrider, as CEO Worldwide. In March 2003, he was appointed to the role of Chairman, U.K., overseeing all U.K. businesses.

As Vice Chair of The Nielsen Company, Susan Whiting shares oversight with Chairman and CEO David Calhoun in the Office of the CEO, and focuses on client relations.
Ms. Whiting serves as a member of The Nielsen Company’s Executive Council and is a member of the Board of Directors for Wilmington Trust Corporation, the Ad Council, the Center for Communication and the YMCA of Greater New York. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Chicago’s Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. She was recognized in 2007 by Crain’s New York Business as one of its “100 Most Influential Women in New York City Business” and by The Wall Street Journal in their “Women to Watch” series.
