ZEFR - Strategic Marketing Director (Adtech, Video, buy-side/brand)

POSITION PROFILE

Please only apply if you have direct experience working in an ad-tech company in brand marketing, ad-tech, buy-side, brands, adtech industry.

This position will anchor brand marketing strategy out of our Venice office building initiatives with direction from our SVP in Manhattan, NY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support and contribute to the product initiatives team attaining sales goals through development and implementation of strategic marketing/communications programs
  • Assist in establishing and monitoring key performance metrics to gauge marketing performance
  • Serve as the key source of information within the organization on the brand and on competitive products.
  • Research consumer behavior to identify industry trends and adjust brand marketing accordingly.
  • Maintain focus on financial targets and business objectives that will facilitate positive company growth.
  • Develop creative and compelling marketing material that is consistent with company vision.
  • Oversee campaigns to ensure they provide maximum return on investment
  • Translate strategic vision of the company into compelling client facing proposals
 
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
 
  • Support SVP, Head of Marketing in developing and executing marketing plans and projects
  • Leverage consumer, customer and category insights to drive development of brand strategy and supporting innovation and renovation pipeline to deliver strategic business plan
  • Relentlessly seek, share and adopt ideas and best practices in and outside the company and embraces change introduced by others; Promotes a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation and rational risk taking
  • Balance immediate and long term priorities to meet critical objectives while considering impact of those decisions on ability to achieve long term results
  • Drive continuous development of innovation, renovation and commercial news pipeline
  • Manage innovation and renovation projects from ideation, brand concept writing, to validation before successfully implementing or partnering on solutions and final commercialization; Ensure go to market execution is considered early enough in the process to adjust for strongest launch delivery
Role will interface with key departments including: research, product marketing, PR, Events, Creative Sales Marketing and leadership
