Responsibilities

We are looking for a rock star Media Analyst to join the Cardlytics’ Analytics team. In this role, the Media Analyst will become an expert on optimization algorithms and best practices for the Cardlytics platform. This team member will combine data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies and provide solutions for campaigns. The Media Analyst will also analyze and problem-solve platform optimization issues, while leveraging big data sets, and become a thought leader in digital media optimization and algorithms. This role will work closely with Account Managers, Campaign Optimization Managers, and Sales to develop and execute onboarding plans to create a successful platform for our customers.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in information technology-related area a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Organization and time management skills: Operates independently with minimal guidance by management
  • Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis
  • Experience working in Information Technology (but not required)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL or other relational database a plus
  • Schedule will include a weekend rotation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Power point
  • Execute, monitor, and report progress of daily data operations with external systems
  • Collect, monitor, and report information related to the external systems’ operational performance
  • Reconcile data synchronization between internal and external systems
  • Maintain version documentation for each external system, such as: versions, configuration settings, server specifications, etc.
  • Coordinate execution of operational functions with internal and external teams
  • Document, monitor, and investigate issues reported by users
