Core Digital Media - Search Engine Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Search Engine Marketing Manager. This person will manage and optimize pay per click (PPC) campaigns through Google and Bing.  This highly motivated person will be data driven with an ability to drive search campaigns and improve program effectiveness. S/He will be a key contact for identifying and resolving SEM challenges, own search performance metrics and be expected to deliver on company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, implement and optimize paid search campaigns
  • Intensive testing and analyzing of keywords, ad copy and landing pages
  • Analytical fluency, including expertise in all key metrics
  • Manage search advertising programs closely to outlined KPIs and goals, proactively steering tactics to optimize for profitable growth
  • Partner with internal teams to drive highly integrated, customer acquisition strategies
  • Discover and test new partnerships with cutting edge technology and media companies to expand the current advertising portfolio
  • Implement channel-level best practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Work with Site Optimization Team to improve channel conversion rates through A/B landing page testing
  • Managing relationships with search engines, partners and vendors
  • Focus on ROI, using the numbers to tell your story

Skills:

  • Familiarity with paid search landscape
  • Ability to manage extensive marketing budgets and ROI optimization
  • Familiarity with testing and optimization best practices
  • Strong problem solver who knows how to ask the right questions, build hypotheses and prove or disprove with data insights
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Passion for search and online advertising
  • Direct marketing familiarity
  • Experience with mobile marketing environment a plus

Requirements

  • College degree from 4-year college from top educational institution
  • Natural affinity with numbers a must
  • Preferred paid search and/or online marketing experience
  • Years Of Experience: 4+ Years
