Publishers Clearing House - Digital Media Analyst

PCH is looking for an eager, talented, self-motivated Digital Media Analyst to join our team. The Digital Media Analyst will execute acquisition and remarketing campaigns across the display, email and co-registration channels.

 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Execute acquisition and remarketing campaigns across display, email & co-registration channels
  • Prospect for new sources of acquisition traffic to increase volume from each media channel
  • Leverage Real-Time bidding platforms to buy media across display networks and native ad placements
  • Monitor performance daily (delivery, pacing) to help with bidding strategies and staying on top of changes in the marketplace
  • Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives
  • Daily use of reporting and analytics
  • Liaise between company and 3rd party software or ad serving company
  • Manage acquisition budget to achieve campaign KPIs and goals
  • Test and optimize creative, messaging, target audiences and placements
  • Develop and expand relationships with new partners
  • Develop strong partnerships with agencies and other external partners to drive performance through effective goal orientation and day-to-day operations management
  • Leverage digital analytics and source mix to reallocate and optimize spend
  • Proactively forecast and report successes, inconsistencies and underperformance with high urgency and professionalism
  • Design and manage test and learn programs
  • Work closely and collaborate with internal departments including creative, operations, digital property owners and eCommerce
  • Assist with new creative deployment and optimization

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required. Advertising, marketing, or business degree preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of digital media experience
  • Experience working with ad serving software, programmatic media buying, PMD platforms and analytics reporting
  • Experience working negotiating with sales representatives and prospecting for new media buying opportunities
  • Demonstrated experience running mobile app adoption campaigns with metrics and examples
  • Ability to learn and utilize internal systems
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Ability to efficiently plan, prioritize and manage numerous projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Capable of managing detailed work while staying organized
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and work effectively in fast-paced environment
  • Highly quantitative thinker, extremely detail oriented and ready to both lead and motivate
  • Proven self-starter who can identify new opportunities, analyze a problem and develop tactics/strategies to drive growth
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups), Word and PowerPoint
