Digilant - Digital Account Manager

Reporting into the Supervisor of the Account Managers, the Account Manager supports the brand direct and agency sales efforts and on-going account maintenance.  This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day management of brand-direct and agency clients on the West Coast. This position also collaborates with the assigned Ad Operations team to aid in the day-to-day operations, client deliverables, relationship management, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Review proposals submitted from the AdOps team to ensure that all the client’s requests are addressed
  • Work with internal teams to oversee and monitor ongoing campaign performance, ensuring campaigns are executed properly and according to client expectations
  • Coordinate and send client deliverables
    • Example - client reports: coordinate data delivery from product & ops teams, pull additional data from Digilant system, compile and format reports.

  • Foster relationships with both agency clients and vendors
  • Accompany Sales on external meetings and presentations when applicable
  • Support Supervisor & Director in responding to client requests and special projects as necessary
  • Facilitate and lead internal campaign status meetings
  • Manage timelines and coordination of resources for deliverables owned, i.e. client wrap-up reports.  Ensure deliverables are aligned and implemented across all teams to meet client’s goals and objectives
  • Assist with the on-boarding and training of new hiresSupport the account team in responding to client requests and special projects as necessary.
  • Facilitate and lead internal campaign status meetings and help schedule client calls.

  • Manage client order administrative processing.

  • Assist with formatting and design of internal and external presentations (typically in PowerPoint).

Preferred Work Experience:

  • 2+ years interactive online media planning & buying or account management in the tech industry

  • Ad Agency or in-house Brand Marketing experience a plus

  • Previous direct client account management
