LiveIntent - ESP Partner Account Manager

LiveIntent is looking for an ESP Partner Account Manager to manage the onboarding of new partners and maintain relationships with current partners. The role of ESP Partner Account Manager is multifaceted and requires involvement in every stage of the partner’s lifecycle at LiveIntent, from pitch to launch.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with current and future email service provider partners
  • Project manage launch of new partners and monitor performance metrics to identify trends and potential issues. This involves effectively communicating and planning between multiple business units within LiveIntent.
  • Manage the full cycle of needs for current partners
  • Help in determining revenue projections for current partners
  • Accurately document work and effectively communicate progress in written and verbal form
  • Monitor trends in the industry to inform partners, team and executives
  • Light travel is required
 
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a fast paced environment, tech experience a plus
  • Email marketing industry knowledge is an absolute must
  • Team player
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, hard working and able to produce work without guidance
  • Self-starter who can act independently and anticipate needs of the team and of partners
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment and thrives in high pressure situations
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Prior experience working in a startup or tech environment a plus
  • Bachelors degree
  • Must be currently located in greater NYC area
