Philo Broadcasting - Senior Account Executive, East Coast Sales

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect within New York/East Coast territory—drive revenue by growing and maintaining deal flow. 
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at the agency and client level. 
  • Anticipate client needs and requirements to provide innovative solutions and outstanding customer service. 
  • Meet individual revenue objectives working closely with the CRO and the broader team. 
  • Proactively communicate projections and market intelligence to executive management. 

Minimum qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in an advertising sales, business development, and/or online media environment. 
  • Existing contacts in major agencies and brands in New York/East Coast market. 
  • Solutions based selling skills/consultative sales background. 
  • Strong relationship development skills and follow through with accounts 
  • Some travel required.

You are familiar with the various partners, video producers and technology companies currently in market. You can work independently on your own and can communicate complex ideas in an elegant, meaningful way for the benefit of internal teams and client discussion. In addition, you have the following qualities that drive your work relationships: 

  • Collaborative – a team player who enjoys being hands-on. 
  • Flexible – able to respond to ad-hoc requests and at times wearing multiple hats to help others. 
  • Committed – to delivering exceptional client service. 
  • A Networker – ability to build key relationships with external and internal stakeholders. 
  • Passionate – about digital video content and the future of digital media.
