Responsibilities

We are looking for a Manager, Product Marketing to join the Cardlytics’ team! The ideal candidate will be putting our strategies to work in the marketplace, helping to build our brand as a thought leader as you develop meaningful relationships with our stakeholders and customers. This Manager will lead marketing efforts for  Cardlytics’ new digital product line, as the company expands it’s product offering to its advertising, marketing and analytics clients.  The candidate will work internally across multiple disciplines at Cardlytics, including product management, sales management, analytics, and directly with partners and customers to develop and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The Cardlytics marketing team is small & nimble, and every team member wears many hats. A successful candidate will be comfortable developing a global marketing plan; happy to polish the wording in an individual press release; technically savvy enough to explain our technology to a non-technical client; confident enough to represent the company at a large conference. As a team, we are all willing to pitch in on whatever tasks necessary to support the company and promote our business.

Skills and Requirements

 5+ years Marketing, Communications, Media/Agency experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a technical field. Master’s degree a plus.
  • Marketing experience with retailers, restaurants or consumer-facing brands, or in marketing for a technology-driven company.
  • Experience with digital advertising generally and programmatic advertising, specifically
  • Experience with - or willing to learn about - all areas of marketing – including messaging, collateral creation, public relations, product evangelism, events management, competitive analysis and strategy, marketing communications, etc.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills coupled with strong business acumen.
  • Proven ability to understand marketing concepts and to be able to make good judgment when faced with trade-offs.
  • Well-developed negotiation and consensus-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, particularly within a rapidly-changing environment.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
