87AM  - Media Planner

87AM is looking for a rock star Digital Media Planner. Working on high-profile accounts, their main duties will involve planning, executing and analyzing digital media campaigns.

Tasked with maintaining client and publisher relationships, this planner will reporting to media team members, have excellent critical thinking skills, and be able to assist with campaign coordination efforts. Exhibiting exemplary written communication skills, they will work seamlessly with all internal agency teams (media, accounts, creative, data/analytics, etc.). 

Skills & Experience Required:

  •  2-3 years experience in online media planning and buying a must
  • Experienced in online ad trafficking, ad serving, and media campaign reporting and analysis
  • Proficiency experience in search engine marketing (SEM)
  • Excellent communication skills under high-pressure situations, both internally and externally
  • Expertise in managing expectations against timelines and project delivery
  • Extreme interest in digital media emerging technology
  • Confidence in advising clients on campaign performance, setting KPIs and goals and motivating a team to over deliver against client expectations
  • Management of client media budgets, including overseeing invoicing against projects and media spends
  • Working knowledge of ad servers (Sizmek a plus), DSPs, Facebook ad exchange, search retargeting and CPA campaigns
  • Extensive experience with vendors across various digital platforms/publishers.
  • Understanding of and previous experience working in web development, social media and content management.
