Liquidus - Director, Programmatic Media

Liquidus is seeking a successful and experienced Director who can lead, manage and expand Liquidus’s client relationships, expert programmatic team and industry reputation through exceptional results-driven leadership and entrepreneurial acumen.

The Director manages the overall business results, client relationships and strategy, planning and team coordination to best meet their clients’ objectives and Liquidus’ strategic goals. The Director determines the best application of Liquidus’ suite of programmatic media solutions and analytics to achieve objectives, and represents their clients’ needs to Liquidus’ leadership and product development team.  The Director will actively assess the programmatic ecosystem in order to engage the newest and most innovative partners to keep the Liquidus suite of programmatic solutions ahead of the pack. The Director also proactively directs their team across campaign management tasks, including campaign performance monitoring/tracking, optimizations, and responding to client requests.


We're looking for a data driven, analytical candidate to plan, execute, and track programmatic media buys through desktop, mobile and video RTBs.  The successful candidate will have high-level expertise in digital media, ad technology, data science and team management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee programmatic buying and campaign management operations
  • Partner with the executive team to define and implement strategic goals for the Liquidus Trading Desk
  • Provide thought leadership based on rigorous analysis to determine the correct course of action, establish key success metrics and track adherence to plan
  • Create and manage partnerships with new and existing data companies, DSP’s, analytics companies and other companies related to the successful operation of the LTD.
  • Project and manage revenue to goals in collaboration with sales leadership
  • Participate in pricing strategies with Executive leadership 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years management experience in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • 2+ years experience with RTB, ad exchanges, programmatic media
  • Experience with scheduling, trafficking and managing campaigns on DSP platforms
  • Command of ad-serving technologies and ad-servers 
  • Strong excel and data visualization skills
  • Strong “ownership” mentality and action-oriented approach
  • Equal parts “thinker" and “do-er"
