We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our team and be the voice of the Beachbody brand. This position will work alongside the Social Media Manager and Community Manager to develop and execute industry-leading campaigns designed to build rich, meaningful relationships with fans. As brand evangelist, the Specialist serves as the external voice of the business, but also voice of the customers to internal stakeholders. This position navigates the brand across multiple social ecosystems in real-time, has a passion for compelling content, a fast-paced environment and is an early adopter of the latest and greatest in social.  He/She can quickly understand community demands and engage with users appropriately and with autonomy.  Specialist reports to the Executive Director of Social Media and regularly contributes to the Social Team’s market intelligence, innovation and voice of the customer programs.

You're Right For This Job If You Can:

  • Serve as voice of the brand via real-time engagement with users across multiple social media channels,
  • Execute the social media plan to drive fan acquisition, engagement and sales for Beachbody products
  • Execute plans to support new product launches and company initiatives
  • Stay active in social media events both virtually and in person
  • Work with internal teams to create compelling viral campaigns to drive awareness, engagement and sales across key brands and audiences
  • Update and maintain content on social media sites (posts, profile assets, etc.)
  • Report on metrics and ROI for participation in social media sites
  • Effectively communicate and build external relationships through social networking (bloggers, key influencers)
  • Stay current with social media trends and incorporate as appropriate to improve the customer experience, leverage ongoing customer involvement, including keeping up to date on new best-of- breed marketing approaches, technologies and services that enhance social media efforts
Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0-2 years of social media marketing experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of how to maintain and grow a social media presence across array of networks and technologies; strong understanding within a broader marketing mix
  • Experience working at a major high traffic website preferred
  • Proven track record in social media, including blogging, blogger relations, or other means of evangelizing on behalf of an organization
  • Experience with social media measurement tools such as Sprinklr, Sysomos, Brandwatch, etc. is ideal
