Netmining - Client Services Manager, Mobile Ad Operations

As a Client Services Manager (Mobile), you will collaborate with other internal teams to drive clients’ overall business goals by providing clear, actionable recommendations and best practices. From campaign set-up and optimization to troubleshooting issues, you will be the day-to-day point of contact, while mobilizing internal resources as necessary.

  • Manage mobile campaigns for top brands, including set-up, launch and optimizations
  • Become an expert at using the proprietary mobile platform and forecasting tools
  • Provide optimization recommendations and customized solutions to clients
  • Analyze and effectively communicate client program results vs. goals, based on inventory performance and reporting data, and grow accounts over time
  • Lead regular status meetings and contribute to quarterly/annual business reviews
  • Responsible for reaching and exceeding team revenue goals
  • Participate in establishing best practices and educate internal teams about the product
  • Escalate, track and resolve complex technical, operational, and business problems

Experience and Skills:

  • At least 1 year of client-facing or ad operations experience in digital advertising
  • Understanding of digital advertising a must (KPIs, account onboarding and set-up, pricing models, inventory management, report reconciliation, etc.)
  • Previous experience in mobile, social, or video preferable
  • Experience with ad servers, bid managers, or DSPs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented thinker with high energy and positive attitude
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • A bachelor’s degree
