Zoom - Senior Coordinator of Charting and Inventory Management

Responsibilities include:

Traffic & Scheduling:

  • Book revenue for all US contracts

  • Chart media contracts

  • Traffic creative from client to production (for digital and static advertising)

  • Coordinate with in-field ops teams to ensure all materials are received in a timely manner

  • Schedule digital campaigns

  • Ensure campaign minimums are met; resolve any issues that arise

  • Work with partners to implement campaign

 

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain inventory

    • Add new venues weekly

    • Coordinate with field staff to record static installs, venue closures, and campaign relocations

  • Monitor current proposals vs. contracted inventory to ensure campaigns are not overbooked

 

Reporting:

  • Send budget reports to Sales, Management & Finance teams

  • Report competitive activity for past advertisers and categories

  • Compile digital POP reports

  • Acquire POP photos and screenshots

 

Experience Required

  • College Graduate

Minimum of three years with a media company and familiar with charting software
