Red Bull Media House - Digital Sales Planner

Red Bull Media House is a multi-platform media company with a focus on sports, culture, and lifestyle. As an umbrella brand, we offer a wide range of premium media products and compelling content across media channels as diverse as TV, mobile, digital, audio, and print, with core media offerings that appeal to a global audience.

Position
· Creates and presents strategic interactive media recommendations to internal staff
· Support Sales team day-to-day media business including RFP requests and post campaign reports
· Manage the cataloging of all proposals and access capabilities.
· Clear understanding of time-sensitivity around due dates of proposals, with ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines concurrently.
· YouTube liaison - ongoing discussions with YouTube to execute & sell RBMH available products
· Build relationships with global counterparts to identify & execute digital products for sales team
· Track available inventory and distribute updated information to sales team on weekly basis
· Work with YouTube & RBMH ad ops to implement media campaigns to maintain, track & optimize all digital advertising inventory & specs
· Collect & facilitation of creative assets from clients to internal ad ops team
· Works in conjunction with finance to forecast monthly media spend

Requirements
· 2-3 years of media planner experience
· Prior experience with Nielsen, MRI, @Plan, Comscore, IAB, YouTube
· Strong Mac skills – Excel & Powerpoint
· Excellent organizational skills
· Must be extremely accurate & detail oriented
