Allscope Direct - Associate Account Executive

Job Description:

The Associate Account Executive contributes to the success of the Account Services department through the development, execution and monitoring of media plans across a variety of accounts; media types include, but are not limited to TV, radio, print, digital, mobile, and OOH.

This role supports the account team by coordinating day-to-day procedures to ensure effective client service and campaign management. The Associate Account Executive will work collaboratively with internal teams, industry partners, and clients to carry out campaign direction and surpass client goals/expectations.

 

Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

  • Compile campaign results, and assist in compilation of client decks
  • Conduct research and mine competitive data to accurately recommend new trends in the marketplace
  • Update schedules and flowcharts to reflect most recent client changes and approvals
  • Interact with and form relationships with media vendor reps to drive competitive pricing
  • Work with traffic and media (investment) teams to ensure cohesion on plans directions
  • Engage in Media Systems (CORE, Kantar, MRI) to meet client goals
  • Monitor activity on a weekly basis to ensure budget compliance

Position Qualifications:

  • College degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or similar concentration/focus
  • 0-1 year(s) of related experience
  • Prior experience in media/advertising/marketing is a plus (internship experience is welcome)
  • Experience using syndicated research tools (Kantar, MRI, Simmons) a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time with and without supervision, and the ability to switch gears rapidly
  • Experienced in Excel (including pivot tables), and the entire MS Office suite of products
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
