dashboards. Whether you were born digital or not, you’ve been baptized by fire in

the intricacies of search and display advertising, and lead optimization and

We’re RP3, a full-service creative agency with an emphasis on digital and social

marketing, located in Bethesda, MD about a mile from the DC line. We believe in

As Media Director, you’ll lead our efforts to connect our clients’ brands with their

audiences in support of clear and measureable business goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee media planning, buying and reporting.

• Collaborate with the creative team, strategic planning and account leadership

to develop integrated plans.

• Prepare and present media plans, including objectives, strategy, rationale,

and all backup materials.

• Supervise the execution of media plans, including preparation of media

budgets, schedules of insertions, contracts, and supporting materials.

• Prepare media authorizations per approved plans/project requests.

• Prepare buy releases upon client authorizations.

• Prepare budget recaps for clients.

• Maintain close contact with all media representatives seeking ways to better

communicate with buying influence and seeking detailed information on

market conditions.

• Contribute to the agency’s business development program by participating in

pitches and contributing to thought leadership and continuing education.

Skills

• Must be an industry leader with 10+ years media experience

• Extensive knowledge marketing, media planning, buying and research

• Strategic thinker who enjoys collaborating with creative, account leadership

and strategic planning teams.

• A strong digital foundation including strategy, planning and buying as well as

reporting and optimization of campaigns.

• Keeps abreast of current trends in the media landscape and the latest

technological advances

• Must have strong interpersonal skills to foster optimal relationships

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Team builder
