PetSmart - Ad Operations Coordinator - Pet360

We are currently seeking an Ad Operations Coordinator to join our team in our Plymouth Meeting, PA location. This individual will be the backbone of campaign success and help facilitate the full cycle technical production and framework for cross-platform digital marketing programs while consistently looking for innovation in programmatic buying and data integration, audience development, creative, and technology management. They will have a comprehensive understanding of user experience as it relates to online – mobile, tablet, desktop, and connected TV.

In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Translate campaign briefs with the Media team into strategic infrastructures for campaign implementation and measurement
  • Assist in identification of vendors for short-term and long-term testing/partnership opportunities
  • Structure campaigns for constant testing and programmatic diversification
  • Discover opportunities for data based research & program analysis
  • Define and set expectations for viewability and benchmarks across various media plans
  • Effectively communicate next steps on behalf of Ad Operations with colleagues in team meetings
  • Manage expectations for timelines or changes in project parameters
  • Translate technical framework of campaign layout and QA processes to interdepartmental teams prior to execution kick-off
  • Maintain relationships with vendors in relation to Operations workflow
  • Build and deliver third party ad server tags for digital media campaigns
  • Ensure appropriate tags receive wrapping for verification, viewability, and compliance purposes
  • Inputs and QAs publisher pixels in PETM tag management system to ensure reporting metrics register for Insights & Measurement Manager
  • Oversee budgeting & tracking/pacing of campaigns with Campaign Manager
  • QA campaign set up for naming conventions, creative, tagging, flight dates, and budgets with Media team
  • Review reports with Campaign Manager to extrapolate optimization opportunities

 

Minimum Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Minimum of one year of trafficking and ad operations experience, specifically at an advertising agency or publisher
  • Experience working in third party ad servers, rich media, programmatic, user interfaces, Google backend systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail oriented, highly organized, thrives in a small team environment, excels at time management
