Consumer Attornery Marketing Group - Account Coordinator-Direct Response Media Agency
Growing and fast-paced Woodland Hills-based Direct Response Advertising Agency has an immediate opening for a full-time Account Coordinator.
Direct Response advertising experience is a Must.
Primary Duties:
• Daily and weekly performance analysis for internal and client use.
• Manage TV spot times and report to clients
• Troubleshoot problems and work with the various departments to resolve them.
• Auditing of telemarketing calls to ensure proper handling.
• Call routing to the appropriate call centers
• Run competitive market reporting
Qualifications:
• Direct Response experience
• Excellent organization skills; detail-oriented
• Knowledge of CORE Media systems a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office but particularly strong with Excel
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Team player
• Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
