Undisclosed Company - Advertising Agency Traffic Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned digital traffic and operations team member who can be a Digital Jack or Jill of All Trades to help support our growing business demands. Experience is required and there is plenty of growth available.

Full-time position. $30K - $60K annual compensation.

OVERVIEW OF JOB DUTIES

This position is responsible for organizing, facilitating, coordinating and reporting digital advertising work and processes for client projects as well as internal projects.

You will report to the department head with occasional reporting to company management directly. Your ability to analyze quickly, take appropriate actions and remain flexible will help you succeed and grow with our company.

Daily tasks may include reporting functions, managing internal workflows and updating website content in addition to management of internal traffic systems, creating schedules, tracking project progress, routing work for review/approval, opening/closing projects. Most importantly, you work with account teams to deliver client results in a timely manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain project/development schedules utilizing existing tools.
  • Create reports on key statistics to support process improvement.
  • Identify and obtain late or missing input/elements from clients to ensure on-time project completion.
  • Manage content review through appropriate channels (legal, business-line, product management) and obtain approval-to-publish from key stakeholders.
  • Communicate review and approval status to management and clients.
  • Participate in planning meetings to communicate work status, reporting and clarify details with senior management.
  • Perform other duties as required in support of the senior management.


Job Requirements:

The right candidate may possess the following qualifications:

  • 4-yr. College Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
  • Previous experience preparing and analyzing reports, and for online advertising (tracking impression, etc.).
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to multi-task, balance numerous and diverse operations, as well as possess the ability to work well with all levels of employees and management.
  • General management, organizational and time management skills required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel required.
  • WordPress proficiency preferred for content management/posting of content (no coding required).

Candidates who possess these skills will garner additional consideration:

  • Some experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM)
  • HTML coding: Email and Web
  • Ability to plan and execute various projects with multiple steps and team members.
