Undisclosed Company - Director of Online Marketing

Our agency is looking for an Online Marketing Strategist (OMS) with 5+ years of experience in the field of digital media with a focus on digital planning, product launches, sales funnels and landing page optimization.  The right candidate is ready for the next step in their career, willing lead, learn and aid in the growth of our 12 year old agency, located in sunny South Florida.

Experience and Qualifications Desired

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of media with a focus on digital planning
  • Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media.
  • Knowledge of the dynamics of online media, how each performs alone, together and are constantly changing.
  • Knowledge of all aspects of digital media, including search, PPC, SMS, programmatic, social media and mobile marketing.
  • Fluency in mathematical concepts. Ability to translate data into well-articulated ideas 
  • Ability to understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Working knowledge of DSPs and DFPs
  • Proficiency with media tools such as SmartPlus/Strata, Simmons, MRI, CoMScore, Adviews, etc.
  • Google AdWords and Google Analytics certification
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and responsive to client requests while thinking proactively on the client's behalf.  Must be familiar with computer based media research tools and software.  Expert knowledge of the current media environment & trends. Strong negotiating and time management skills.  Detail oriented and ability to multi-task.  Expertise in the negotiation of current media, as well as skills in analyzing station orders is expected.  A College degreed is required with 2-5 years of Agency experience.  Equal Opportunity Employer.  Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
