We are looking for smart, talented and driven Sales Leader to join our Brooklyn-based team.

This individual needs to have a passion for strategic selling and relationship building within a competitive industry. They will be responsible for identifying prospects, securing meetings and collaborating with internal teams to propose, close and execute deals. The ideal candidate will have a stellar track record exceeding sales goals within a digital media startup, meaningful relationships with brands and agencies and a high comfort level selling content and integrated partnerships. A strong understanding of sales processes and industry knowledge is a must.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of direct sales experience
• A “hunter” mentality, tenacious drive and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong desire to work in a team environment
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems for brands
• Established relationships with decision makers at brands and agencies
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to be a brand evangelist
• An entrepreneurial spirit and passion for learning

Compensation & Benefits:
