NCC Media - Digital Media Sales Planner

The DM Sales Planner (DMP) is the primary contact for digital account management for that respective NCC Digital Media regional sales group. The role consists of two parts: Account Management & Sales Prospecting.  The DMP provides support to the Digital Media Sales Executive (DSE) & work with NCC Digital Ad Ops to maximize sales performance, revenue and exceed overall client expectations. You will be the point person to answer all RFP’s, creating proposals, assisting in presentations, & servicing other client needs. The role will require a multitasking in a fast paced environment, proactive problem solver, and team player.

You will serve as the day-to-day account management contact working within assigned territories and DSE’s.  Work with Sales and Operations team members to manage online campaigns; this includes confirming ad inventory allocations, and assist in the development of RFP responses and sales proposals.  Foster relationships with client contacts within the account list or territory region.  Work alongside DSE’s as well as regional TV teams on special projects by coordinating information/materials, developing sales packages, and/or presentations.  Serve as the day-to-day client contact pre/post booking, and point-person for status of all projects related to assigned clients and meet deadlines.  Coordinate all client-facing campaign efforts related to launches, including securing creative and other assets required by the Operations team.  Proactively escalate issues and communicate potential challenges to the DSE or Digital Sales Management.  Work in conjunction with DSE and perform reallocations, pricing adjustments, creative and placement optimizations.

 Qualified candidates should possess 2-3 years advertising and digital sales related experience.  Have a fluency with digital media-buying terminology, online analytics, research, and ad-serving technology.  The Sales Planner candidates must have an understanding of high tech and consumer marketing, demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally.  We are looking for someone that has a strong desire to win, and to continually develop their personal and professional skills.  You must have the ability to manage stress well, and juggle multiple account challenges at once to meet deadlines. A college BS/BA degree or equivalent training and experience required
