The Role

The Associate Digital Director’s role is to provide client-facing strategic leadership, help lead a team of specialists in digital media in developing and overseeing execution of media plans and collaborating with other internal teams to bring forth the appropriate channel expertise to deliver a holistic media plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify client goals/objectives and lead the development of media strategy and tactical media plan implementation
• Build strong relationships with senior-level client counterparts and manage day to day relationships
• Provide POVs for both staff and clients on ‘first-to-market’ opportunities, emerging technologies and vendor partners
• Lead team in the development of performance reports and strategic optimizations
• Identification and education of emerging market trends and technologies as they relate to specific campaigns
• Responsible for facilitating each team member’s development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of media experience, with emphasis on digital and data driven marketing
• Strong analytical abilities, including math proficiency
• Strong team management and interpersonal communication skills
