iCrossing - Senior Media Analyst - San Francisco

The Sr. Media Analyst participates in all aspects of clients' search and paid social media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. You will execute campaign on networks such as Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more. The focus is on paid search and paid social campaigns.

As a Senior Media Analyst on our Paid Search Media team you will have a chance to:

*Research clients' websites – understand online goals and objectives. Develop keywords and phrases relevant to business model.

*Assist in development of search and paid social media plans (research, submitting request for proposals “RFPs” to search engines) and building effective relationships with all vendors

*For client media campaigns, develop advertising copy / messaging adhering to the channel specifications and guidelines.

*Interact with clients as needed for approvals and / or revisions.

*Assist in generating weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for all clients, and ability to recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies.

*Collaborate with technical team the implementation of codes onto URLs for effective tracking and return on investment (ROI) measurement.

*Assist in monthly and quarterly media billing reconciliations.

*Study, observe and develop learnings on all elements of paid media campaign management.

*Maintain an understanding of industry trends and research industry related media.


In order to be successful in this role, you will need

*A Minimum of 12 months of experience in search engine marketing (ie: experience with bid monitoring and adjustment of search media campaigns across multiple sites, defining terms and writing effective copy, highly relevant and targeted to clients' products and/or services.)

*Experience with internal site visitor reporting/tracking programs or software.

*Experience with Kenshoo Search will be a plus

*Experience managing least $30k/mo in SEM ad spend

*Experience working with Fortune 500 Brands

*Experience in a client-facing role

*Exposure to phone tracking solutions (e.g.: Invoca, Mongoose Metrics, MarchEx, etc)

*Experience creating client-facing reports/presentations

*Strong Excel skills

*Enthusiasm, passion, creativity and commitment
