    Connecticut's Foxwoods Resort Casino has narrowed its search for a creative agency down to two: the Boston office of Arnold Worldwide and the New York office of The Kaplan Thaler Group. Bartle Bogle Hegarty and Wieden + Kennedy withdrew from Foxwoods' ad review process.

    Shirley/Hutchinson Creative Works
    Tubby's Sub Shops has hired Shirley/Hutchinson Creative Works, Tampa, Florida as its agency of record. The agency created a radio commercial and new jingle for Tubby's, both of which began airing in January. The agency is currently producing a TV commercial for Tubby's that will begin airing in March.
