    Baskin-Robbins has decided to keep its creative account with incumbent agency vitrorobertson, following a three-month review. In addition, Baskin-Robbins has moved media planning and buying responsibilities from Initiative Media in Los Angeles, to Hill, Holiday, Connors, Cosmopulous in Boston. Billings were not disclosed.

    SEED Creative has been selected as Heartland Brewery's agency of record. The agency has been charged with relaunching Heartland Brewery with an overall brand image campaign for its family of New York restaurants. The new campaign tagline, “Go Home,” will be incorporated into all future advertising and marketing campaigns. Billings are estimated at $1 million.
