Stainmaster placed its $10 million advertising account in review shortly after BBDO relinquished duties. Competing for the account are The Richards Group, Doner, The Martin Agency, GSD&M, and Martin/Williams.

MMS was the agency of record for Helzberg from 1996 to 2002. For the past two years, the agency has been responsible for implementing a Public Relations program in support of Helzberg Diamonds' national expansion plan. The account is valued between $5 and $13 million.

Miller Brewing company named Upshot one of its two agencies of record for promotions on the Miller Lite and Miller Genuine Draft brands. Upshot will share responsibility for Miller promotions with Arc Worldwide's Frankel. Spending was not revealed.
