also ahead of CNN.com. According to Media Metrix, MSNBC.com remains the leading online news provider ahead of CNN.com, USAToday.com, FOXNEWS.com, CBSNews.com and ABCNews.com for all of 1999 and 2000.
For the month of August, MSNBC.com holds 12.9% of the World Wide Web reach and leads its closest competitor CNN.com by 3.5 points.
