The CEO of
Fast Company and
Inc magazines, John Koten, has stepped down, reports
Crain's. A source said the company, owned by Joe Mansueto, the Morningstar Inc. billionaire, will
be run by a triad: CFO Mark Rosenberg,
Fast Company editor Bob Safian and
Inc. editor Jane Berentson. In October, Mansueto Ventures shut down its digital division and fired all 20
employees.
