1,000 Agencies to Receive E-Invoices From Broadcasters
The service, free to agencies, utilizes BuyMedia's Web-based platform, BuyMedia.com, and leading operations software on both the buyer and seller ends. Radio stations send invoices electronically directly to agencies from BuyMedia's Marketron system, the sales, proposal, traffic and billing software used by stations controlling 80% of national and regional advertising, via BuyMedia.com. Registered media professionals view the invoices through a secure Web browser and can send the information instantly into most agency buying software, including Donovan, SmartPlus and Datatech. With BuyMedia's electronic invoicing, agencies receive invoices more quickly, eliminate paper and reduce errors. Stations experience fewer data entry errors, improved agency relationships, faster bill reconciliation and timely payments. Improved billing accuracy and efficiency results in increased revenues for both agencies and stations.
Electronic invoicing is available through BuyMedia.com. The service is free for all buyers and included in stations' monthly licensing fee for Marketron2000. Media professionals can view the invoices with a current Web browser.
