Lenny Bart, a 22-year vet of Warner Bros. TV, has been named executive vice president and general manager of the syndicator Debmar-Mercury. Bart will oversee strategy, while handling domestic and
international business operations, financial analysis, accounting, contracts, IT, administration and management reporting.
