TargetCast Ups 2 Execs

Gary Carr, who manages broadcast operations at TargetCast tcm, has been promoted to senior vice president, executive director of national broadcast, a new position. Prior to joining TargetCast tcm, Carr held senior national broadcast management positions at Media First International, MediaVest and Ammirati Puris Lintas. Michael Parent assumes Carr's previous responsibilities as vice president, director of national broadcast. Previously, Parent had been associate media director, national broadcast at OMD, working with Visa, Absolut, PepsiCo and Dial.
