BP Products Backs N.Y. Giants

BP Products North America, Inc. is sponsoring the New York Giants to tout the company's BP gasoline with Invigorate an engine-longevity formula.

As part of the program, BP will host alumni player appearances at BP stations throughout the New York metro area, where players will sign autographs and pose for pictures. BP will also serve as the exclusive retail location for the "Top 10 Moments in Giants Stadium History" collectible posters.

At Giants.com BP will sponsor the "BP Ultimate Giants Fan" promotion, dangling Giants-related prizes, including a VIP experience with game tickets, pre-game on-field credentials, a meet and greet with a Giants alumni player and access to the team's post-game press conference at the final 2009 home game and the first home game of the 2010 season.

In addition, the program includes television and radio advertising, in-stadium advertising and space on the Giants Internet network. BP will also have a game-day presence at each of the 10 Giants home games in 2009 with a large, interactive marketing display outside Gate C and roaming marketing elements, which will provide multiple opportunities for Giants fans to win BP gift cards and other football-related items.--Karl Greenberg
