Genachowski: Tech Over Regulation

Julius Genachowski, chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, told TheWrap he favors technology over regulation to help parents monitor TV viewing for their children. A strong First Amendment advocate, Genachowski says he is optimistic about the role technology can play, a departure from his predecessor, Kevin Martin, who sought to monitor Hollywood entertainment.
