IDG Leads in U.S. Ad Page Growth

International Data Group (IDG), an IT media and information services company, today announced significant growth in U.S. ad pages for the first nine months of 2000 based on new figures released by the Auditor, the independent ad tracking firm. Achieving an increase of nearly 46% compared to the same period in 1999, IDG's growth rate is almost three times that of the overall IT publishing market. In contrast, ad pages during the same period for Ziff-Davis and CMP were down about 5 and 3 percent respectively.
