National Geographic in the UK announces the December 2009 launch of a quarterly
Green magazine supplement that explores the environmental debate and offers information about consumer
products and choices. King Lion Media will create the supplement and handle ad sales. The free 120-page pub will be distributed to 250,000 subscribers with the December issue of
NG, making it
among the largest circulating publications of its type in Europe. The supplement will offer a close-up view of environmental challenges and success stories in Britain as well as practical tips for
