AdFlight Donates Over 44 Million Impressions
Dec 19, 2000, 1:46 PM
AdFlight, Inc., creators of a self-service online marketing engine, today announced that they have contributed more than 44 million online advertising impressions to a pro-bono/public service announcement online banner ad campaign on behalf of Special Olympics. The campaign, which began in September, was designed to recruit volunteers and donors for the Special Olympics and is running on the AdFlight network, as well as other sites. This effort was launched within the initiative to expand the Special Olympics' volunteer recruitment program and brand to the Internet.
According to company officials, the Special Olympics has already enjoyed a 10% increase in the number of registered volunteers. Thus far, the online campaign has generated an approximate 55,000 qualified volunteer leads, far exceeding the expectations of this campaign. AdFlight has delivered 50% of all impressions generated for the entire campaign.
