Travel Ad Network Promotes Silver To CEO

The Travel Ad Network announced Wednesday that Brian Silver, formerly chief operating officer of the company, will succeed founder Cree Lawson as chief executive officer. Lawson has become chairman of Travel Ad Network.

Silver joined the company in 2007 after serving as COO for Did-it Search Marketing and as vice president of operations for IAC Advertising. The Travel Ad Network encompasses some 200 travel sites including BBC's Lonely Planet, Rand McNally and Let's Go.com, reaching a worldwide monthly audience of 25 million. --Mark Walsh
