AT&T has publicly launched the beta version of a video portal, which delivers free TV shows and movies online, reports
B&C. U-verse TV customers get even more. The free section offers shows and
movies from CBS, NBC and ABC, as well as cablers such as USA, Bravo and MTV. It even offers episodes of Showtime's hit series "Dexter." Free feature-length movies include "The Breakfast Club,"
"Carlito's Way" and "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas." The site also lists Hulu, the joint venture of NBC, The Walt Disney Co. and News Corp., as a partner. The site: entertainment.att.net/tv.
