Entravision Communications Corp. launched KUPB-TV Channel 18 to serve the Odessa-Midland, Texas market. The area covers 19 counties and is the 38th largest Hispanic household market of 210 markets measured by Nielsen. KUPB-TV is a full-power UHF television station.
