Chris Nilsen was promoted to manager of business development for Carmichael Lynch. In addition, Chelsea DeSousa is responsible for supporting new business for Carmichael Lynch Spong and leading overall agency communications. Lastly, Curtis Smith has added director of business development for the overall agency to his title.
