Blue Shield of California Launches Campaign

Blue Shield of California has launched an online and TV campaign created by New York-based Taxi. Carat Media placed the media buy.

The 30-second spot, which broke Sept. 20, is running in California only. The premise is that Blue Shield of California provides great coverage at an affordable price, for the least amount of hassle. Online, 15-second pre-roll videos broke Sept. 21. --Tanya Irwin
