Public Service Award Dinner held at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel. The presentation was made by the 1999 honoree, Frank Bennack, Jr., President and CEO of The Hearst Corporation. The award is presented
annually to a business leader who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to community service and volunteerism.
