Euro RSCG San Francisco hired Frank Garavaglia and Heath Westover as director of project management and director of analytics & insights, respectively. Prior to joining Euro RSCG, Garavaglia served as
program director of the PayPal account at Publicis Modem in San Francisco. Westover also joins the agency from Publicis Modem in San Francisco. There, he worked on measurement, reporting and insight
generation on clients such as PayPal, Hewlett-Packard, Intuit and LG Electronics.
