The Speed Channel and Formula One Management have reached an agreement to extend a deal that puts live coverage of the FIA Formula One World Championship, including live coverage of qualifying and
practice sessions on the Speed cable channel and on Speedtv.com.
The channel began covering Formula in 1996 with delayed race broadcasts, moving to live coverage in 1997. Beginning in 2010,
Speed also will have online clip usage rights from F1. --Karl Greenberg
I love Formula 1, so this is very cool. Speed has a great announcer team with Bob, David and Steve, but it's Tivo only here in California since races are on a 4AM.
