Kaleidoscope to Purchase Muller Media

Micky Hyman, Chairman/CEO of Kaleidoscope Media Group announced today that a letter of intent has been signed to acquire Muller Media, Inc.
Muller Media, Inc. owns the television distribution rights to a large film library which is available for license to television or cable station's for re-broadcast.
Kaleidoscope Media has traditionally been involved in the international distribution of films as well as sports and entertainment programming.
